Heather Turner, LMSW, MBA

I am a licensed social worker with experience in working with adults, children, families, and the geriatric population in the mental health and medical setting. I am trained in EMDR 1 and 2 protocols and working toward certification in EMDR. My interests are helping people that are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life transitions. I also have a passion for helping young adults who have experienced medical traumas such as cancer and other life-impacting medical conditions. Other areas of interest are relationship issues, job stress, transitioning to college, adulting, and everyday life stressors that happen. My true passion is to be able to teach people ways to heal their minds and bodies through creative outlets such as visual imagery and trauma healing techniques in addition to problem-solving and working together to find a sense of peace, comfort, and safety, which everyone needs and deserves.
